About the Role We are looking for a Data Architect to join our team, focusing on mortgage and capital markets. This role involves leading Snowflake architecture, data pipelines, and dbt transformations. Key Responsibilities • Lead Snowflake architecture, data pipelines, and dbt transformations • Build data models and analytics solutions using Sigma Computing • Manage data reconciliation, governance, security, and performance optimization • Support mortgage servicing, Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSRs), whole loans, securitization, and investor reporting • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable financial data solutions Requirements • 10+ years in data engineering/architecture • 4+ years of production experience with Snowflake • 3+ years of hands-on dbt experience • Hands-on Sigma Computing experience • Strong SQL, Python, data modeling, and financial data reconciliation • Mortgage servicing, MSR portfolios, and capital markets domain expertise • Cloud experience — Azure preferred; AWS acceptable • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
