About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Collection Team Manager to join our Augmented Reality (AR) / Virtual Reality (VR) team. This role focuses on managing research data collection with participants to validate engineering approaches for AR/VR-enabled products. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end data collection, review, analysis, visualization, and reporting • Coordinate project planning, requirements gathering, and collection readiness • Develop analytical methods to consolidate data and evaluate user feedback • Track project metrics and prepare reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews • Coordinate with engineering teams on technical issues, protocol updates, and operational improvements • Manage project risks, timelines, and resources • Lead project meetings, training sessions, and team performance management • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth project execution Requirements • Graduate in any discipline • 3–5 years of experience in data collection management • Strong hands-on Excel skills, particularly in manual data management • Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other technology devices • Experience with ticket management platforms and issue tracking • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills • Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions and geographies
