About the Role We are seeking a Data Engineer / ETL Developer for an onsite position in Mason, OH. This is a long-term contract role focused on ETL development and data engineering. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ETL processes using Apache NiFi, PySpark, and AWS Glue • Write complex SQL queries and perform performance tuning • Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS DocumentDB databases • Implement solutions using Apache Kafka or similar streaming platforms • Provide development and production support for various initiatives • Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes • Coordinate and execute testing and data validation Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Apache NiFi, PySpark, and AWS Glue for ETL development • 6+ years of experience in complex SQL queries, performance tuning, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS DocumentDB • 3+ years of experience with Apache Kafka or similar streaming platforms
