About the Role We are seeking a Data Engineer / ETL Developer for an onsite position in Mason, OH. This is a long-term contract role requiring extensive experience in ETL development and data processing technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ETL processes using Apache NiFi, PySpark, and AWS Glue • Write complex SQL queries and perform database performance tuning • Provide development and production support for GBD/RX, Regular project, and Knox initiatives • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement fixes • Coordinate and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and data validation Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Apache NiFi, PySpark, and AWS Glue for ETL development • 6+ years of experience in complex SQL queries, performance tuning, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS DocumentDB • 3+ years of experience in Apache Kafka or similar streaming platforms • Strong hands-on experience in data engineering and ETL development
