About the Role Maxon IT Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced Data Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows • Collect, process, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources • Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes • Develop and maintain data integration solutions for business analytics and reporting • Work with structured and unstructured data • Optimize data processing performance and troubleshoot pipeline issues • Ensure data quality, consistency, security, and reliability • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineering teams • Implement data engineering best practices and automation Requirements • 4–6 years of professional experience in Data Engineering • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development • Experience with data warehousing concepts and database technologies • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, or similar big data technologies • Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow • Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality processes • Experience with Git and version control systems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Snowflake, Data bricks, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery • Knowledge of Apache Kafka or other data streaming technologies • Experience with cloud-based data engineering solutions • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated data workflows
