About the Role We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team for a 6-month contract position. This role requires expertise in analytics engineering, data modeling, and experience with Cortex AI. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain data infrastructure involving large-scale relational datasets • Design and implement data pipelines and semantic layers • Utilize dbt for data transformation and documentation • Develop and maintain Python-based data pipelines and automation workflows • Integrate AI-assisted development tools into the development process Requirements • 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related technical role • Experience building data infrastructure with testing, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines • Proficient in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, and complex joins • Experience with dbt and Python • Demonstrable experience translating business requirements into technical specifications • Comfortable with Git (PRs, branches, code review) • Has shipped production data models or pipelines used by non-technical business users Benefits
