About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – Data Platform with strong expertise in AWS infrastructure, Terraform, automation, and production reliability. The ideal candidate will own infrastructure delivery, troubleshoot production issues, improve system reliability, and support production data platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design, manage, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure, including VPC, IAM, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, and RDS • Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules, remote state, and infrastructure CI/CD workflows • Handle production incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), monitoring, alerting, and reliability improvements • Troubleshoot Linux systems, networking, DNS, TLS, load balancing, and connectivity issues • Manage Docker containers, deployments, rollbacks, and infrastructure automation using Python and Shell scripting • Implement security best practices, secrets management, backups, disaster recovery, and AWS cost optimization • Support data platforms and workloads involving Redshift, Databricks, Airflow, dbt, and SQL Requirements • 7+ years of infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering experience • Strong hands-on AWS infrastructure experience • Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Production support, incident management, and RCA • Linux, networking, Docker, Git, and CI/CD • Python and Shell scripting • Security, backup, recovery, and cost optimization • Experience supporting production data workloads
