About the Role Texas HHSC / DSHS is seeking a Data Integration Developer to join their team. This role focuses on developing and integrating healthcare data systems for public health initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement data integration solutions using SAS, Python, and R • Create dashboards and automate workflows for health data • Perform data validation and technical documentation • Analyze requirements for system integration projects • Work with healthcare data including EHR, HIE, and public health registries Requirements • 12+ years of experience in data integration and healthcare IT • Strong skills in SAS, Python, R, and SQL • Experience with HL7, FHIR, and SNOMED CT standards • Knowledge of relational databases and data linkage techniques • Familiarity with public health registries and data interoperability Benefits
