About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Lead / Architect with strong Salesforce platform expertise to design, architect, and implement enterprise data solutions for the State of New York – Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS). Key Responsibilities • Design, architect, and implement enterprise data architecture based on business and technical requirements • Collaborate with Technical Architects and development teams to design interfaces and integrations with external systems • Design and maintain relational databases, data warehouses, data marts, replication, data delivery, and ETL solutions • Develop and execute data migration and conversion strategies for enterprise data movement • Design and implement data models, including relational and dimensional models • Develop and maintain master data management solutions • Support BI solutions, data integration, and enterprise reporting requirements • Monitor database performance and troubleshoot production and application development issues • Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems Requirements • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Salesforce platform data lead or architect role • Minimum 10 years of relevant technical experience, including work similar to the project scope • Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale modernization projects involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement • Minimum 5 years of experience in each of the following: Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, Data migration and conversion solutions, Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, Relational and dimensional data modeling, ETL solutions • Must be available full-time throughout the contract duration • Must be available for onsite work as needed during requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment
