About the Role We are seeking a Data Migration & Integration Lead to support a Siebel / Java-to-IEEW SaaS transformation. This role requires strong expertise in data migration, integration, and various technical tools. Key Responsibilities • Translate business needs into technical specifications • Reverse engineer application logic and assess impacts • Develop data architecture and mapping • Perform advanced SQL and Oracle PL/SQL tasks • Create relational data models • Own source-to-target mappings and entity relationships • Design migration and interface solutions • Utilize ODI and Kettle ETL tools • Work with REST APIs, JSON, and XML • Plan mock migrations and cutover execution • Implement data quality and reconciliation processes • Manage SFTP, DB links, and middleware • Establish SQL-based profiling and validation • Coordinate with business SMEs and technical teams Requirements • Expertise in data migration and integration • Strong background in Siebel and Java technologies • Advanced SQL and Oracle PL/SQL skills • Experience with ODI and Kettle ETL • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML • Understanding of data architecture and mapping • Familiarity with SFTP, DB links, and middleware • Experience with data quality and reconciliation • Ability to coordinate with various technical and business teams
