About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead with expertise in Guidewire conversion and Databricks to lead the strategy and execution of legacy data migration into Guidewire. Key Responsibilities • Own the strategy and execution of legacy data migration into Guidewire • Lead data mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover processes • Define and execute data migration strategies and roadmaps • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics • Strong experience leading legacy data migration and conversion into Guidewire • Hands-on experience with data mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover • Strong knowledge of Guidewire and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance • Experience with Snowflake and Informatica • Knowledge of data lakehouse architecture, data governance, and cloud modernization • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
