About the Role We are seeking a Senior Data Modeler / Data Architect with strong Finance domain expertise and hands-on experience designing Snowflake-based data models. This role involves leading stakeholder workshops and defining future-state data modeling best practices. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop logical, physical, and dimensional data models for Snowflake Silver and Gold layers • Apply medallion architecture, normalization techniques, and data warehouse design principles • Analyze finance data structures, including General Ledger and Trial Balance data from ERP source systems • Lead stakeholder workshops, challenge existing data models, and recommend scalable future-state solutions • Establish data modeling standards and best practices in collaboration with business and technical teams Requirements • Strong Finance Data Modeling expertise • Hands-on Snowflake Data Modeling experience • Experience with Medallion Architecture and Silver/Gold layer modeling • Proficiency in logical, physical, and dimensional data modeling • Strong knowledge of normalization techniques and data warehouse architecture • Experience with ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards • Familiarity with data modeling tools • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop leadership skills
