About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler to design and maintain scalable enterprise data models supporting data warehousing, analytics, reporting, and enterprise data integration. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain scalable enterprise data models • Support data warehousing, analytics, reporting, and enterprise data integration • Collaborate with stakeholders on data-model documentation Requirements • 12+ years of overall experience, including 7+ years of hands-on data modeling • Strong expertise in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling • Proficiency in relational and dimensional modeling, ER modeling, Star/Snowflake schemas, and normalization/denormalization • Strong understanding of facts, dimensions, grain, surrogate keys, and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) • Hands-on experience with ERwin, ER/Studio, or SAP PowerDesigner • Strong SQL and relational database concepts • Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT, cloud data platforms, metadata management, data lineage, and data governance • Excellent stakeholder collaboration and data-model documentation skills Preferred • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, AWS, BigQuery, Collibra, Alation, or Microsoft Purview • Healthcare or Life Sciences experience
