About the Role We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on modernizing data platforms using HBase, EMR, and Spark. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions for HBase 1.x to 2.x migration • Lead EMR modernization projects • Handle production data migration and cluster troubleshooting • Validate data integrity and ensure smooth cutover activities Requirements • 7+ years of experience with HBase, Amazon EMR, Apache Spark, and Hadoop • Hands-on experience with HBase migration and EMR modernization • Strong knowledge of Scala, Spark, AWS S3, and data validation • Experience with Kerberos and AWS KMS • Immediate joiners preferred
