About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist - Agentic Developer to join our team. This role involves owning the full lifecycle of data science projects, from understanding business problems to building LLMs, Agentic AI, and ML models on Data Bricks and AWS Bedrock, and turning enterprise data into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Build LLMs, Agentic AI, and ML models from scratch on Data Bricks and AWS Bedrock • Turn enterprise data into measurable business outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and develop solutions Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Data Science, including 3 years in GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python (Mandatory Expert Level) • Experience with Natural Language Processing (Transformers, Tokenization, NER, Text Classification, Hugging Face) • Experience with Computer Vision (YOLO, Detectron2, Open CV, OCR) • Experience with Fine Tuning (with LLMs, LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT, Hugging Face TRL) • Data Engineering experience (Pyspark/SQL Transformation) • Advanced SQL and Data modeling • Experience with Data Science tools (Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, Light GBM, Pytorch/Tensorflow) • Experience with Data Bricks (Databricks app, Spark/Pyspark, Delta Lake, Unity Catlog, MLFlow) • Experience with AWS • Experience with Vector Database • Experience with Deployment and MLOps (FastAPI, RestAPIs, GIT, Dockers, CI/CD, IaC, MLOps/LLMOps) Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies • Collaborative and innovative work environment
