About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist to join a multi-year Data & Analytics uplift program focused on digitising and structuring unstructured documents, building GenAI capability, and developing predictive claims modelling. Key Responsibilities • Apply ML to large, complex datasets with measurable business outcomes • Utilize Azure Databricks, Python, and SQL for data analysis • Implement AI/ML through CI/CD and monitor cost, latency, and reliability in production • Develop predictive models including classification, regression, time-series, clustering, and anomaly detection • Perform NLP and text analytics on large scale unstructured data Requirements • Strong experience in applying ML to large, complex datasets • Proficiency in Azure Databricks, Python, and SQL • Experience with shipping AI/ML through CI/CD • Knowledge of predictive modelling, classification, regression, time-series, clustering, and anomaly detection • Experience with NLP and text analytics • Background in public sector, insurance, or other regulated industries
