About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist to join Workiva's team. This role requires extensive experience in data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement data science solutions using Python/R • Create statistical models and predictive analytics • Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering • Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes • Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights Requirements • 12+ years of experience in Data Science and Statistical Modeling • Strong skills in Python/R, Machine Learning, and Predictive Modeling • Expertise in SQL and relational database management • Experience with EDA, Feature Engineering, Data Transformation, and Data Validation • Knowledge of ETL/ELT, Data Pipelines, Data Integration, and Data Quality • Ability to handle large and complex datasets • Strong analytical and communication skills • Availability to support PST time-zone hours
