About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist who can transform business challenges into production-ready AI solutions. This role combines traditional Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to deliver measurable business impact for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities • Go beyond model building to help transform business challenges into production-ready AI solutions • Deliver measurable business impact for enterprise clients • Combine traditional Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI Requirements • 3+ years of Data Science experience delivering business-impact ML/AI solutions • Strong Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and ML framework expertise (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or XGBoost) • Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and optimizing ML models in production • Hands-on experience with LLMs, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Retrieval, Embeddings, and Vector Databases • Experience building Agentic AI solutions, multi-step workflows, and AI automation pipelines • Familiarity with cloud & MLOps platforms such as Databricks, MLflow, Vertex AI, BigQuery, SageMaker, Bedrock, or Spark • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions
