About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Solution Architect to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing data engineering processes and driving AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities • Assess and optimize existing Data Engineering processes and workflows • Identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement within Data Engineering • Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) and drive successful implementation of innovative solutions • Leverage Agentic AI and AI-driven solutions to improve Data Engineering processes • Implement AI solutions across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and innovation skills • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions • Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to align on solution strategies • Design and implement effective data architecture solutions using Databricks and AWS Redshift • Evaluate existing data platforms and recommend improvements in performance, scalability, and efficiency Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS Redshift • Expertise in Agentic AI, AI Agents, and AI-driven Data Engineering • Experience with AI enablement and automation • Knowledge of implementing AI solutions across SDLC • Proven ability in POC development and implementation • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
