About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Systems Analyst with strong healthcare domain knowledge and hands-on experience in data integration, ETL/ELT analysis, and data warehousing. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for system interfaces, integrations, and downstream data warehouse models. • Collaborate with business, technical, clinical, and data stakeholders. • Define functional integration specifications and source-to-target mapping. • Translate healthcare workflows and complex data structures into technical requirements and user stories. • Support backlog grooming, requirements clarification, and acceptance criteria validation. • Support data ingestion and warehousing across multiple enterprise data sources. Requirements • Strong Healthcare Domain Knowledge • SQL & Technical Analysis • Snowflake Experience • Source-to-Target Mapping • ETL/ELT Analysis • Data Profiling & Reconciliation • Data Transformation Logic • Data Governance & Data Quality Important: Healthcare domain experience is mandatory, along with hands-on data analysis and data warehousing exposure.
