About the Role We are seeking a Databricks Architect for a remote contract-to-hire position, with working hours in EST or CST time zones. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data architecture solutions using the Databricks platform • Utilize expertise in Databricks components such as Unity catalog and Delta Lake • Ensure data governance through Unity catalog • Integrate with various cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Platform Engineering • At least 3+ years of focused experience on Databricks platform architecture • Expert level knowledge of Databricks platform components • Deep expertise in Unity catalog Governance • Strong background on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Databricks certification preferred
