About the Role We are looking for a Databricks Architect to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable data platforms and driving enterprise-level data engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable data platforms using Databricks • Lead solution architecture and technical leadership • Manage client-facing interactions and stakeholder management • Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and implementation • Troubleshoot and optimize performance Requirements • 10+ years of experience as a Databricks Solution Architect • 7+ years of Data Engineering / Big Data experience • 6–8 end-to-end Databricks project implementations • Strong hands-on experience in Databricks & Lakehouse Architecture • Proficiency in Apache Spark, PySpark, Python, and SQL • Experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Auto Loader, and Databricks Workflows • Knowledge of Spark Performance Tuning, Optimization, and Distributed Computing • Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one additional cloud exposure) • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Terraform, and Databricks Asset Bundles • Understanding of MLflow / MLOps • Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification preferred
