About the Role We are looking for an experienced Databricks Architect with 10+ years of overall IT experience, strong solution architecture capabilities, and extensive hands-on experience with Databricks. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for enterprise Databricks implementations • Design and implement scalable data engineering and analytics solutions using Databricks • Develop and optimize data pipelines, Lakehouse architectures, and ETL/ELT workflows • Work hands-on with Apache Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Databricks • Define data architecture standards, best practices, and governance strategies • Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and cost of Databricks workloads • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical leadership • Provide architectural guidance and hands-on technical leadership throughout project delivery Requirements • 10+ years of overall IT experience • Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Data Architecture • Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks • Strong knowledge of Apache Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, and data engineering concepts • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutions • Databricks Champion Certification is highly preferred Preferred Industry Experience • Public Sector experience is a plus • Banking / Financial Services experience is welcome • Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage
