About the Role We are looking for an experienced Databricks Data Platform Engineer to build, manage, automate, and optimize enterprise Databricks Lakehouse platforms. Key Responsibilities • Build, manage, automate, and optimize enterprise Databricks Lakehouse platforms • Administer Databricks platforms and implement platform governance • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • Optimize Delta Lake and manage storage • Implement cost optimization strategies using Databricks FinOps Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or DevOps • 3+ years of hands-on Databricks platform administration • Strong experience with Databricks Unity Catalog and platform governance • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • Strong Python, SQL, PySpark, and Spark performance tuning skills • Experience with Delta Lake optimization and storage management • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Experience with Databricks FinOps and cost optimization Benefits • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a remote-first environment
