About the Role We are seeking Databricks Engineers for a contract position in Wellington or Auckland, New Zealand. This is a large project focused on migrating workstreams into a Databricks environment, with an initial 3-month term but potential for extensions through 2027. Key Responsibilities • Migrate work streams into the Databricks environment • Understand and manage different layers of the Databricks platform • Implement CI/CD processes • Utilize Unity Catalogue and RBAC for data governance • Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Requirements • At least 3 years of recent experience with Azure Databricks • Knowledge of migrating work streams into Databricks environments • Understanding of different Databricks layers • Experience with CI/CD processes • Familiarity with Unity Catalogue and RBAC • Beneficial to have experience with Terraform
