About the Role We are looking for an experienced Databricks Partner Champion to lead our Data & AI practice, drive strategic customer engagements, and strengthen Databricks capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead Databricks technical strategy and best practices • Provide architecture guidance for complex implementations • Build and strengthen the Databricks Centre of Excellence • Mentor engineers and future Partner Champions • Support strategic customer engagements and technical initiatives • Contribute to the Databricks ecosystem through thought leadership and community engagement Requirements • Active Databricks Partner Champion status • Successfully completed the Databricks Partner Champion panel process • Proven experience in Databricks customer delivery • Experience contributing to Databricks Centres of Excellence and community initiatives • Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and customer advisory skills • Technical expertise in Databricks Lakehouse Architecture, Apache Spark and Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Data Engineering and Data Architecture, Machine Learning and Generative AI, Cloud Data Platforms and Data Platform Modernisation
