About the Role We are looking for a DBT Analytics Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining data models using dbt and Snowflake. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data models using dbt • Work with Snowflake for data storage and processing • Optimize SQL queries for performance • Ensure data quality and lineage Requirements • 5–7 years of experience in data engineering • Strong expertise in dbt, Snowflake, and Advanced SQL • Experience with Kimball Dimensional Modeling and Star/Snowflake Schemas • Knowledge of incremental models, Jinja, testing, and documentation • Experience transforming complex legacy data into reliable analytical models Preferred Skills • ERP, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HCM, SAP, Oracle, Deltek, or CMiC experience
