About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to build and scale high-traffic production applications for a driver operations platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain driver-facing applications, GraphQL APIs, and backend services • Build communication workflows using SMS, push notifications, and email • Enhance driver onboarding, registration, and applicant tracking workflows • Develop delivery route-matching and driver allocation workflows • Own features end-to-end, from design and development to deployment and production support • Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and compliance • Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Data Science teams Requirements • 5+ years of experience with AWS Serverless: Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, EventBridge, and SQS • Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and React • Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems • Strong understanding of DynamoDB Single-Table Design • Experience integrating third-party platforms and webhooks • Experience building, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting production services • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
