About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Desktop Publisher to create and format high-quality corporate documents, presentations, brochures, reports, and other digital and print materials while ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and professional presentation. Key Responsibilities • Create and format high-quality corporate documents, presentations, brochures, reports, and other digital and print materials • Ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and professional presentation • Prepare digital and print-ready materials Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in desktop publishing, document formatting, or production design • Strong Adobe InDesign experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and page composition • Experience preparing digital and print-ready materials • Must be available for the afternoon shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday • Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area • Authorized to work in Canada
