About the Role We are seeking a Developer / Programmer Analyst to join our team for a 6+ month contract. This role involves developing automation solutions, modernizing public health data systems, and integrating electronic case reports. Key Responsibilities • Develop automation solutions and modernize public health data systems • Integrate electronic case reports • Build dashboards • Improve registry data accuracy Requirements • 8+ years of experience with SAS, Python, R, or similar programming languages • Experience with system integration, automation, and dashboard development • Knowledge of structured and semi-structured data processing • Database development and querying skills • Experience with automated data pipelines, testing, and validation • Technical documentation and requirements analysis skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills • Electronic Case Reporting (eCR/eICR) • Healthcare Interoperability: HL7, XML, FHIR • EHR, HIE & Public Health Registries • SQL, ETL & Data Integration • SNOMED CT and Clinical Terminologies
