About the Role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on managing infrastructure, automation, and MLOps plumbing for the LoRA pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Provision and manage training/inference infrastructure (GPU compute, storage, networking) via Infrastructure-as-Code • Build CI/CD pipelines for training runs, adapter packaging, and model deployment • Containerize the training and serving stack and manage orchestration (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes) • Implement monitoring, logging, and cost controls for training and inference workloads • Ensure reproducibility and portability of the pipeline across environments Requirements • 6+ years of experience in DevOps engineering • Strong experience with AWS (SageMaker/EC2 GPU, IAM, S3) • Proficiency in Terraform/CloudFormation for Infrastructure-as-Code • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) • Familiarity with MLOps tooling • Understanding of monitoring and observability tools
