About the Role We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation, cloud infrastructure, automation, containerization, and deployment management. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps • Automate application builds, testing, and deployment processes • Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve reliability and delivery efficiency Requirements • Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience • Must be local to Charlotte, NC • Must be available for an in-person final interview • Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation • Experience with cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP • Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible • Skills in Python, Shell/Bash, or PowerShell • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and GitLab • Experience with Linux/Unix environments • Proficiency with monitoring tools like Grafana and Splunk
