About the Role We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to support a next-generation AI-powered customer engagement platform leveraging Google CCAI/Dialogflow CX and Kore.ai. Key Responsibilities • Support a next-generation AI-powered customer engagement platform • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines • Ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability Requirements • Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (GKE), and Docker • Proficiency in CI/CD Automation • Knowledge of Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and IAM • Scripting skills in Python and Bash • Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog and Grafana
