About the Role We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud services and infrastructure management. This role requires expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on Telecom domain with Media/OTT client experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize AWS Cloud Services • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions • Deploy and manage Kubernetes/EKS and Docker container orchestration • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible • Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Datadog, Splunk, and CloudWatch • Practice DevSecOps with Snyk, SonarQube, and vulnerability scanning • Create operational runbooks and improve production reliability Requirements • 9+ years of relevant experience • Telecom domain experience with Media/OTT client experience • Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services, Linux Administration, and Networking • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines • Expertise in Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and container orchestration • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible • Monitoring and observability using Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, or Prometheus • DevSecOps practices, including Snyk, SonarQube, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and patching • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Groovy • Production troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and operational runbook creation • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across development, security, and infrastructure teams
