About the Role We are looking for a Senior DevOps Lead to drive enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps transformation, establish engineering standards, and lead the DevOps Toolchain roadmap. This is a strategic leadership and platform transformation role, focused on architecture, standardization, adoption, and engineering productivity. Key Responsibilities • Drive enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps transformation • Establish engineering standards and lead the DevOps Toolchain roadmap • Focus on architecture, standardization, adoption, and engineering productivity Requirements • 10+ years of experience in DevOps • Enterprise DevOps / DevSecOps transformation and platform engineering • Experience with GitLab or comparable Git-based development platforms • CI/CD pipelines, reusable templates, and automated deployment • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) • Experience with AWS / Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes • JFrog and artifact management • Software supply-chain security and security automation • SDLC toolchain integration and governance • Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow • DORA metrics, DevOps maturity, and engineering productivity • Architecture standards, stakeholder management, and technical leadership • Product roadmap planning and cross-functional collaboration
