About the Role We are looking for a DevOps & Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on managing cloud infrastructure and providing production support. Key Responsibilities • Manage AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM • Implement and maintain Kubernetes and Docker environments • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Monitor systems using Splunk and Dynatrace • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Provide production support and incident management • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) • Implement deployment strategies including blue-green, canary, and rolling deployments Requirements • 15–20 years of experience in DevOps and production support • Strong knowledge of AWS services • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker • Proficiency in GitHub Actions and CI/CD • Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace • Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Experience with JBoss, Informatica, and RabbitMQ • Strong Linux/RHEL skills • Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting • All listed skills are mandatory.
