About the Role We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Platform Trust & Security Operations Engineer to design, implement, automate, and operate enterprise security controls across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP). Key Responsibilities • Build and automate security controls using Ansible/AAP, Python, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines • Implement Compliance as Code, Policy as Code, security baselines, and continuous control validation • Automate infrastructure hardening, drift detection, vulnerability remediation, and compliance evidence collection • Implement IAM, PKI, secrets management, Zero Trust, and workload security controls • Integrate container, Kubernetes, cloud security posture, and software supply chain security into delivery pipelines • Develop reusable automation, API integrations, security observability, and remediation workflows Requirements • Proven experience delivering and maintaining production-grade security automation independently • Experience with Ansible/AAP, Python, Linux, Terraform, Git, and CI/CD • Knowledge of Policy as Code and Compliance as Code • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid infrastructure security • Familiarity with CIS benchmarks, NIST frameworks, and secure infrastructure engineering
