About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director, Product Line Lead – Finance (SAP) to lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and business value of a global Finance technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring extensive SAP Finance expertise, strong executive stakeholder management, global program leadership, and a proven track record of leading multiple product teams in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Define the multi-year Finance product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Lead multiple Product Managers and teams across Accounting (Record to Report), Tax, Treasury, and Capex. • Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation across on-premise and cloud platforms. • Partner with executive Finance and IT leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. • Manage portfolio budgets, business cases, implementation partners, and vendor relationships. • Oversee global programs, cross-functional dependencies, and agile product delivery at scale. • Establish performance metrics, governance standards, and benefits realization. • Champion responsible AI adoption and emerging technology capabilities. • Build strong teams, develop future leaders, and support global collaboration across regions. Requirements • 15+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in corporate IT environments. • 8+ years of technology leadership experience, including leading managers or Product Managers. • 12+ years of experience delivering Finance technology solutions across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Capex. • 10+ years of SAP Finance experience, including SAP S/4HANA on-premise and cloud. • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and connected enterprise platforms. • Proven experience managing global programs, product portfolios, budgets, and implementation partners. • Strong executive communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder influence skills. • Experience leading globally distributed teams and external system integrators. • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
