About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Tower Lead to lead Finance operations and production support in a global AMS environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead Finance operations and production support • Manage onsite/offshore teams • Ensure financial reconciliation and month-end close processes Requirements • 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and S/4HANA Finance • Experience with SAP AIF, SLT Replication, and MDG Integration • Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation and month-end close • Experience in incident management, RCA, SLA governance, and service delivery • Proven experience leading onsite/offshore teams
