About the Role We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with experience in C# and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MS CRM) to design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong .NET development skills and experience integrating business applications with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET and C#. • Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality to meet business requirements. • Develop plugins, workflows, custom actions, and business logic within MS CRM. • Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics CRM and external applications using APIs and web services. • Work with REST APIs, SOAP services, and SQL Server for data integration and management. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to understand requirements. • Troubleshoot application issues, debug code, and optimize application performance. • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, testing, and deployment activities. • Follow coding standards, security best practices, and established development processes. Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Framework and C#. • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MS CRM). • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization, plugins, workflows, and business rules. • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and web services. • Knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization. • Familiarity with JavaScript and client-side customization in Dynamics CRM. • Understanding of application development lifecycle, debugging, testing, and deployment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
