About the Role We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions using the Power Platform. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions • Develop custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Forms, Views, Plug-ins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows • Perform custom development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure • Implement data migrations using ADF and SSIS • Manage Power Platform DevOps and ALM Accelerator • Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, troubleshooting, and technical documentation • Ensure compliance with Dynamics 365 licensing, governance, and platform best practices Requirements • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Customer Service • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse • Knowledge of D365 customization, configuration, Forms, Views, Plug-ins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows • Experience with custom development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure • Familiarity with Power Platform connectors, integrations, and data migrations • Understanding of Power Platform DevOps, Power Pipelines, and ALM Accelerator • Skills in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, troubleshooting, and technical documentation • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 licensing, governance, and platform best practices
