About the Role We are looking for a Dynatrace Lead to join our team. This role focuses on managing monitoring and observability operations using Dynatrace. Key Responsibilities • Manage Dynatrace monitoring and observability operations • Configure, analyze, and optimize alerts • Design and maintain dashboards, SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets • Develop SOPs and incident-response runbooks • Support APM and deep-monitoring implementation • Collaborate with development, platform, and operations teams • Apply GCP monitoring and cloud observability knowledge • Troubleshoot complex issues and communicate effectively Requirements • Experience with Dynatrace monitoring and observability • Knowledge of GCP and cloud observability • Understanding of ITSM processes • Ability to design and maintain dashboards, SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets • Experience with developing SOPs and incident-response runbooks • Strong troubleshooting skills • Effective communication abilities
