About the Role We are looking for an experienced EDI / Facets Developer with strong healthcare payer/insurance domain experience. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and support healthcare EDI interfaces and processes • Work with Facets data and healthcare payer systems • Analyze and troubleshoot EDI transaction errors • Support EDI mapping, testing, and implementation • Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams • Perform data validation and resolve production issues • Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing enhancements Requirements • Strong experience in Healthcare EDI development and X12 standards • Hands-on experience with Facets • Knowledge of healthcare EDI transactions: 834, 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277 (5010) • Experience in EDI mapping, development, testing, troubleshooting, and production support • Strong understanding of healthcare claims, enrollment, eligibility, and payment processes • Proficiency in SQL and database troubleshooting • Ability to analyze data and resolve EDI processing issues • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
