About the Role We are looking for an experienced EDW Quality Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on ETL testing, data warehouse validation, and automation using SQL, Python, and AI tools. Key Responsibilities • Perform ETL testing and end-to-end data warehouse validation • Validate source-to-target mappings, data transformations, and business rules • Write complex SQL queries for data reconciliation, joins, aggregations, and data quality checks • Develop automated validation scripts using Python, Pandas, and SQLAlchemy • Work with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture • Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Snowflake AI Cortex • Validate healthcare datasets, including claims, eligibility, and provider data • Execute regression, integration, and system testing • Track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps Requirements • 5–7 years of experience in ETL QA, EDW testing, or data warehouse testing • Strong SQL and database validation skills • Hands-on experience with Python test automation • Experience with Snowflake and ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory • Knowledge of Star/Snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables, and SCD Type 1/Type 2 • Practical experience using AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, and data analysis Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare, Medicaid, or MMIS domain experience • Knowledge of HIPAA, 837/835 claims, ICD-10, CPT, or HL7 • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Tableau, or Power BI • Medicaid data warehouse migration and data mart validation experience
