About the Role We are seeking an experienced EHR Integration & Healthcare Interoperability Specialist to support EHR-to-HIE integrations, clinical data exchange, interoperability standards, and healthcare data quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Support EHR vendor coordination and healthcare provider onboarding • Troubleshoot interface errors, data ingestion failures, and transformation issues • Ensure clinical data quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Support HL7/FHIR-based interoperability and clinical data exchange • Document integration workflows, technical issues, and resolutions Requirements • 5+ years of experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Allscripts/Veradigm, or NextGen • 5+ years of healthcare interoperability experience with HL7 v2, C-CDA, CCD, FHIR, and USCDI • 5+ years of experience validating structured clinical data and troubleshooting EHR integration issues • 3+ years of clinical workflow analysis and data mapping • 3+ years of HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, and security experience • 3+ years of communicating technical concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders • Prior state government project experience is required
