About the Role We are looking for an experienced End User Computing Specialist to manage and support the organization's end-user technology environment, ensuring reliable device performance, security, and user productivity. Key Responsibilities • Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from L1/L2 support teams • Manage Windows and macOS environments, software updates, and patch management • Administer endpoint management solutions such as Intune, JAMF, and SCCM • Support video conferencing equipment and collaboration tools • Implement endpoint security policies and ensure compliance • Create user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles • Support technology deployments, integrations, and migrations • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical solutions effectively Requirements • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of endpoint security and remote support tools • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus
