About the Role We are seeking an Engagement Manager(QA) to join a premier client of Sira Consulting. This role involves leading and managing a team of engineers in a large-scale onsite engagement, focusing on quality assurance for video and image testing. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of 20+ engineers in a large-scale onsite engagement • Drive end-to-end delivery, team build-out, KPIs, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes • Manage customer relationships, stakeholder communications, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration • Take a hands-on leadership approach to problem-solving, execution, and continuous improvement Requirements • Strong domain expertise in Video/Image Quality Testing, Streaming Applications, Mobile Devices, Computer Vision, and Embedded Systems • Experience with device labs, sensors, continuous testing, and CI environments • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
