About the Role Cogent Infotech is seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation in a complex, highly regulated environment. This role will focus on strengthening operating model effectiveness and aligning strategic priorities with portfolio execution. Key Responsibilities • Lead and continuously evolve the Fleet operating model and ways of working • Facilitate leadership collaboration across Product, Architecture, OCM, Operations Technology, SRE, and Operations • Drive cross-portfolio planning, synchronization, dependency management, and delivery flow • Identify systemic bottlenecks and improve organizational effectiveness through retrospectives, health assessments, and coaching • Coach leaders and teams on Agile practices, strategic alignment, and value delivery Requirements • Active SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification and experience delivering training and enablement • 8+ years of experience coaching complex enterprises through modernization and transformation • 6+ years of experience in engineering, IT, or a related field • Proven experience transitioning from Waterfall project management to Agile product delivery in complex, highly regulated environments • Strong hands-on experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Waterfall, and DevSecOps • Experience with Jira Align, Jira Software, Confluence, and AgilityInsights • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership facilitation, communication, and presentation skills • Willingness to travel quarterly for PI Planning events along the Northeast Corridor
