About the Role We are looking for an Enterprise AI Automation Engineer for an exciting contract opportunity in Boston, MA. This role focuses on designing enterprise APIs, architecting AI-powered workflows, and building next-generation automation pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Administer and build solutions within Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI • Develop and consume custom REST APIs and Scripted REST APIs in ServiceNow • Create event-driven integration patterns • Write robust scripts in Python and PowerShell to automate complex business workflows • Set enterprise development standards and mentor engineering teams • Establish DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines Requirements • 5+ years of software engineering, integration architecture, or enterprise platform development experience • Deep experience in both code-first (Python, PowerShell, JS) and low-code (PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) environments • Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow integration, Azure Cloud, and OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
