About the Role We are seeking an Enterprise Data Lake Technical Lead to join our team. This role involves building and managing enterprise-scale data platforms in the finance domain. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data lake solutions • Manage and optimize data pipelines using Apache Kafka, Flink, and Databricks • Ensure data quality and performance across the data platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions Requirements • 12+ years of experience in building and managing enterprise-scale data platforms • Strong expertise in Apache Kafka, Flink, Databricks, and Apache Spark • Experience with Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, and CDC tools like Debezium and Qlik Replicate • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java • Knowledge of Azure Data Platform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices • Work authorization: H4-EAD, USC, or GC
